Inclusion criteria for Vestibular Disorders:
1. Individuals with diagnosis of a peripheral and/or mixed (peripheral and central) vestibular disorder as confirmed by a clinical letter:
- Peripheral vestibular disorder in which the balance problem lies in the vestibular/balance system within the inner ear.

Telerehabilitation of balance clinical and economic decision support system
Original description
Intervention:
full TeleRehaB DSS with all components of the intervention consisting of TeleRehaB DSS AI-progressed multisensory balance exercises with the use of the AR avatar, real time feedback, AR gamified intervention, sensor monitored exercise performance and additional cognitive training, the low-tech: basic version of TeleRehaB DSS, with depth camera, sensors and tablet - multisensory balance exercises, real time feedback, sensor monitored exercise performance and cognitive games, with no exergames, no smartwatch, no mobile,The OTAGO is a progressive strength and balance training program provided by a workbook with written instructions and pictures for each exercise (available at https://www.livestronger.org.nz/assets/Uploads/acc1162-otago-exercise-manual.pdf). This is the most disseminated standard clinical practice program for the management of older adults who fall or have increased risk for falling and reduces falls rate in older adults by 35% (34,50). Following the physiotherapy assessment held in the first treatment session, participants will be provided with a list of exercises from the OTAGO booklet for them to complete every day. The exercises take about 30 minutes to complete. The HEP will be performed as prescribed in the booklet, except for the below modifications.
Modifications from the original OTAGO Program:
- No home visits; Remote initial session and follow-up phone call program reviews.
- Lower limb muscle strength and balance assessment (chair stand test and the four-test
balance scale) will not be performed as strength and balance will be assessed during the initial
clinical examination.,For participants with problems chronic (lasting more than 3 months) dizziness/imbalance due to chronic vestibular disorder (affecting the vestibular /balance ;Experimental Device,Experimental Device,Active Comparator Procedure/Surgery,Active Comparator Procedure/Surgery;High-tech/TeleRehabDSS balance rehabilitation program,Low-tech/TeleRehabDSS balance rehabilitation program,OTAGO Home Exercise Programme (HEP),Vestibular rehabilitation programme
