- Interventions
- Forty-two participants will be randomly assigned to the Control Group (CG) (21 participants) or the Experimental Group (GE) (21 participants). Both interventions will last for 12 weeks, with a frequency of 2 sessions of 55 minutes per week. All sessions in both groups will be performed by physiotherapists specialized in the area of ??Neurofunctional Rehabilitation. Both groups will perform in all sessions 10 minutes of stretching (3 20 second elongations of the following muscle groups: hamstrings, quadriceps, sural triceps, paravertebral, major and minor pectoralis, biceps brachii, deltoid, trapezius, rhomboids, flexors, and extensors of the fist). The GC will perform 30 minutes of aerobic training on a stationary bike and 15 minutes of upper limb resistance training. The intensity of training in the first week will be 50% of the maximum heart rate and will progressively increase to reach 75% by the twelfth week. This intensity will be achieved through the progressive increase in resistance offered by the bike and the speed achieved in training. The maximum heart rate will be estimated using the formula: 220 - age of the participant. The upper limb resistance training will be performed in a bodybuilding station 3 sets of 10 repetitions of the following exercises: pectoral, high rowing and high pulling from the front. It will be used 70% of the maximum muscular resistance, which will be calculated every 2 weeks. It is estimated a duration of 4 minutes in each exercise with a rest interval of 1 minute between them. Rest times will be maintained, and if necessary the number of sets and repetitions will be decreased for the estimated time to be retained. The GE treatment will consist of 30 minutes of aerobic training on a stationary bicycle and 15 minutes of resist;Other;E02.190.525.186;G11.427.410.698.277
