Official study title

A Study on the Pathophysiological Mechanisms of Reduced Pain Thresholds in Parkinson's Disease with Thermal-Induced Painful Stimuli

Short title used by the registry

Elucidation of the Pathophysiological Basis of Reduced Pain Thresholds in Parkinson's Disease

Original description

Intervention: Observation of neural activity changes using fMRI when applying thermal pain stimuli. Primary outcome: Identifying and analyzing neural activity regions in the central nervous system during pain stimulation. Secondary outcome: Behavioral data such as MDS-UPDRS (Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale), MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination), and behavioral data on the analgesic effect of tactile stimulation.. Comparison of pain threshold among three groups. Correlation analysis between pain threshold and the primary outcome measures.
