Sex eligibility reported by registry: male and female

Inclusion criteria: Demnetiing disease patients who met the clinical criteria of the MCI, AD, DLB, PD, FTD, PSP, CBD, MSA, high cortical dysfunction. Healthy subjects whose ADL is normal. All participants who are able to scan PET imaging. Exclusion criteria: 1, Pregnant, possibly pregnant or lactating women 2, Subjects with claustrophobia 3, patient who had the illness which influence the results of PET study 4, patient who was medicated the drugs which influence the results of PET study 5, Patient with DM whose BS was more than 240mg/dL 6, Subjects who are considered to be inappropriate for participation by the doctors with responsibilities in this study

Intervention: 1, intravenous injection of 370MBq dose of [11C]BU99008 2, intravenous injection of 370MBq dose of[11C]DPA713 3, intravenous injection of 185MBq of [18F]BCPP-EF Primary outcome: quantitative analysis of the distribution of the [11C]BU99008 Secondary outcome: correlation of reactive astrocyte with cognitive decline, activated microglia, and mitochondrial dysfunction

Conditions reported: Alzheimer's disease, dementia with lewy body(Parkinson's disease), fronto-temporal dementia, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, multiple system atrophy, high cortical dysfunction, and mild cognitive impairments
