Official study title

Gait adaptability on a virtual reality-based treadmill during neurorehabilitation: Study on the reliability and sensitivity to change of the C-Gait test - C-Gait-Rel

Short title used by the registry

Gait adaptability on a virtual reality-based treadmill during neurorehabilitation: Study on the reliability and sensitivity to change of the C-Gait test

Original description

Intervention: Group 1: One study group to test the reliability and sensitivity to change of the C-Gait test on the C-Mill treadmill with three measurement time points: After the subjects have been checked with regard to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and have given their voluntary, informed and written consent to participate in the study, four appointments are scheduled. At the first appointment (T0), sociodemographic, clinical, motor and cognitive data are collected to describe the sample. At the second appointment (T1), the first C-Gait test is carried out. At the third measurement time point (T2), which takes place one day after T1, the second C-Gait test is carried out. The fourth measurement time point (T3) is scheduled 14 days after T2 and a third C-Gait test is carried out. Primary outcome: Tests retest reliability of the C-Gait test (intraclass correlation coefficient) Secondary outcome: - Agreement of the C-Gait test (Bland-Altman Plots with Limits of Agreement) - Internal consistency of the C-Gait test (Cronbach's Alpha) - Sensitivity to change of the C-Gait test (Smallest Detectable Change & Minimal Important Difference)

Conditions reported: G20 G35 I61 I63;Parkinson disease;Multiple sclerosis;Intracerebral haemorrhage;Cerebral infarction
