Original abstract
Wide binary star systems provide a clean, local test of gravity in the ultra–low–acceleration regime, where Newtonian gravity and general relativity make identical predictions. This paper examines recent wide-binary observations within the Computed Universe framework and shows that a bounded, saturating enhancement reported in this regime arises naturally from shell-limited causal workload geometry, without modifying gravitational laws, introducing free parameters, or invoking unseen matter. Wide binaries thus constitute a falsifiable empirical wedge for testing foundational assumptions about gravity outside cosmological and strong-field contexts.
