ZusammenfassungDie orthostatische Hypotonie (OH) sowie eine Neigung zu Blutdruckerhöhung in der Nacht und im Liegen (supine hypertension) sind typische nicht motorische Symptome im Rahmen der autonomen Störung bei Parkinson-Patienten. Deren vernachlässigte klinische Bedeutung und Pathogenese – teilweise iatrogen bedingt – sowie pragmatische Therapieoptionen werden in dieser Übersicht behandelt.
