Original abstract

A 90-year-old man with a history of Parkinson disease presented with a 4-year history of recurrent blistering skin lesions localized exclusively to the hands and feet. The lesions were most prominent on the right hand, with milder involvement of the left hand and both soles. No lesions were found elsewhere on the body.
